Time to Replace Your HVAC System? We Make It Simple.

Most HVAC systems last 15–20 years with proper maintenance. When your system is aging, requiring frequent repairs, or simply can't keep up with Northern California's summer heat, replacement is often the smarter financial decision. Polar Air Heating and Cooling handles complete HVAC system replacements — we remove your old equipment, install the new system, and test everything before we leave.

We'll help you choose the right replacement system for your home's size, your budget, and your efficiency goals. We work with all major brands and can install central AC systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers. We'll also evaluate your existing ductwork and make recommendations if modifications are needed to get the best performance from your new system.

Right-Sized Equipment

We perform a proper load calculation to size your new system correctly — not just match the old system's tonnage, which may have been wrong to begin with.

Manufacturer warranties require professional installation. Our installations are documented and meet warranty requirements so you're protected for years to come.
