Heat Pump Problems? We Know These Systems Inside and Out.
Heat pumps are increasingly popular in Northern California because they provide both heating and cooling from a single system — and they're highly efficient in our mild climate. But when a heat pump malfunctions, it can leave you without both heating and cooling at once. Polar Air Heating and Cooling specializes in heat pump diagnosis and repair for all major brands throughout the upper Sacramento Valley.
Heat pump systems are more complex than traditional AC or furnace setups, with reversing valves, defrost cycles, and refrigerant circuits that require specialized knowledge to diagnose correctly. Our technicians are trained specifically on heat pump systems and carry the diagnostic tools needed to identify problems accurately on the first visit.
